As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership and direction to our AMHP Practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to AMHP Practitioners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective services.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with Trust policies and procedures, and in line with relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including service users, carers, and partner agencies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans, ensuring that they are aligned with Trust objectives and priorities.
- Professional qualification in mental health or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or formal management training.
- Strong experience of working in mental health services, with a focus on AMHP practice.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on service delivery and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
