Reed HR Seeks Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning and Development Coordinator to join a growing client based in Horsham on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support the learning and development initiatives within the company.
  • Communicate with participants and trainers to ensure everyone is informed of training details and to facilitate a smooth training process.
  • Manage training resources, materials, and equipment to ensure their availability and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update training records and databases to track employee progress and training history.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to meet employee needs and company goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the learning and development team to ensure the efficient execution of training activities.
  • Handle logistics for training activities, including venue selection and equipment procurement.
  • Support the evaluation of training and development programs to ensure they are meeting employee needs and company goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a learning and development or HR coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with employees and trainers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems to manage training resources and records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve training goals.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to resolve training-related issues.
