Role: Chef de Partie

Location: Suffolk

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for their section, as well as carrying out mis-en-place for the next shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes for the lunch and dinner services
  • Carrying out mis-en-place for the next shift
  • Working closely with senior chefs to plan menus and create special dishes
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
  • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times

Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
