Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a family-run hotel in Suffolk to find a skilled Chef de Partie to join their team.
About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to work in our kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Work closely with the senior chefs to plan menus and create special dishes.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
