We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Associate to join our Treasury team at Car Benefit Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Credit Risk Manager in underwriting and monitoring clients to ensure credit risk is carefully controlled.
Key Responsibilities- Underwriting: Review and analyse credit reference agency and company accounts information to formulate recommendations for credit approval of automotive and corporate clients.
- Debt Management: Handle calls to and from bad debtors, offering guidance in line with regulations whilst maximising the rate of debt recovery for CBS.
- General Duties: Support the Credit Risk Manager with any risk and compliance tasks, specifically but not exclusively, in relation to FCA guidelines, consumer credit regulations and related activity across all scheme solutions and relevant business matters as appropriate.
- Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and meticulous organisation skills.
- Desirable: Customer service experience in a professional services or financial services environment, previous experience of reviewing company accounts and financial information, and commitment to continuous professional development including relevant credit risk/debt management qualifications.
