Junior Wealth Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Wealth Management Administrator to join our team at Your Resourcing Partner Limited. As a Junior Wealth Management Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisers in the Moorgate, London office with daily operational administration and client servicing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers, including managing client queries, preparing meeting packs, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with client communication, including responding to emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage various administrative tasks with speed and accuracy, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Liaise with internal central administration centers regarding client funds and investments.
  • Switch client funds and process transactions with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Grade 5 or above in GCSE Maths and English.
  • A' Levels completed (or due to be completed in June 2024).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-confidential and discreet environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
