Sales and Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our team at Paragon Skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting clients in meeting their apprenticeship needs.
About the RoleIn this exciting new role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities within our core markets and exceeding apprenticeship targets
- Ensuring all learner eligibility is met via new business and account management activities
- Working alongside Business Development Managers to generate further new business leads
- Developing engagement plans to generate new sales leads and apprenticeship opportunities within SMEs
- Supporting BDMs with large corporate organisations who would benefit from apprentices
You will also be expected to build and nurture strong relationships with key client contacts at all levels, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and work collaboratively with internal colleagues to ensure all new business deliverables are communicated effectively.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - 30,000 per annum, plus commission. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits that support your career development and well-being.
