Facilities Services Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities services department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our facilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules to ensure all areas meet cleanliness targets.
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
- Monitor linen stock levels, ensuring that there is always a sufficient supply of clean linens available.
- Work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for improving cleaning practices and implementing best-in-class solutions.
This role offers a challenging opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our patients and staff. The estimated salary for this position is £32,500 per annum, taking into account your level of experience and expertise.
