Able Personnel is seeking a qualified Tutor/Assessor to deliver teaching programs for engineering apprenticeships.
The role involves designing and delivering training sessions for Level 3 Engineering Technician - Mechanical and Electrical pathways, as well as developing and implementing assessment strategies to ensure learner success.
Responsibilities also include:
- Providing coaching and mentoring to learners to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintaining accurate records and producing reports based on KPIs

- An annual salary range of £34,000 - £37,000 (pro rata), plus paid mileage and holiday entitlement
