About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation Team Leader to join our team at Active Care Group Recruitment. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing the running of the shift, delegating and planning activities and responsibilities to staff as appropriate, and dealing with any issues and problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care team, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, in collaboration with the care team and other stakeholders.
  • Administer prescribed medication in accordance with relevant procedures, individual care plans, and risk assessments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of residents.

Requirements:

  • QCF / NVQ level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working in a residential care setting, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
