Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Content Design Experience: Formal training or certification on content design concepts and applied experience.
  • Accessibility and Inclusive Design: Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content.
  • Iterative Design Techniques: Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experience.
  • Adaptive Learning: Adaptive learner in new financial services products and offerings.
  • Technical Content Creation: Experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
  • Content Architecture and Storytelling: Experience creating content architectures, storytelling techniques, and clear and concise writing that facilitate quality customer experiences.
  • Web Content Writing: Experience writing for the web and with Markdown.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Cloud Platforms and Services: Experience/understanding of cloud platforms and services.
  • Git and Computing Languages: Knowledge and experience of using Git and one or more computing languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
