About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team in the Greater London area. As a key representative of OLAPLEX, you'll promote our brand, educate customers, and drive retail sales in top-tier retailers like Selfridges, Sephora, John Lewis, and Harrods. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with retail store teams, leveraging your expertise in haircare products and trends to deliver results-driven strategies. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Retail Education Team to develop tailored in-store training programs, focusing on education, coaching, and staff development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, representing OLAPLEX at key retail locations in the Greater London region and beyond.
  2. Gather valuable insights on consumer behavior, sales trends, and market patterns to inform our brand strategy and drive sales growth.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any stock-related issues to ensure seamless business operations.
  4. Support our Account Management team in achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility.
