As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with our Trust, you will have the opportunity to provide direct personal care to service users/patients without close supervision and coordinate the care given by colleagues.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team on a bank contract. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality safe nursing care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence that comply with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) code of professional conduct.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating person-centered care in a collaborative way. You will also coordinate a first-class service that includes assessing and monitoring physical health, maintaining service users' rights, working collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic working environment and accurate records.

This role requires a strong understanding of relevant Professional and Clinical legislation, as well as experience of research-based/reflective practice. You should be able to provide quality care that is responsive to service user needs without close supervision and have skills in supervising others and providing critical and constructive feedback.
