Product Manager - Braking Products

This role will play a crucial part in the supply chain, overseeing the full product life cycle, sourcing, and purchasing of automotive products, specifically aftermarket braking products, before bringing them to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and analyzing data to measure product performance and take action to maximize sales, profit, and stock performance.
  • Understanding customer needs and developing the product range through effective new product development.
  • Analyzing price benchmarking data to validate market competitiveness.
  • Maintaining electronic trading systems, including ERP and cataloguing software.
  • Managing supply chain product flow, availability, packaging, warranty issues, and stock cleanses.
  • Increasing category awareness through regular contact with the field sales team, presenting category updates, and gathering feedback.
  • Being proactive and creative in suggesting and influencing marketing and commercial initiatives to enhance product performance.
  • Delivering key projects within the business plan.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
