Job Title: SEN Teacher
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at a Key Stage 3 & 4 SEMH restorative provision in Leeds.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children with complex social, emotional, mental health needs (SEMH) and be able to develop good relationships with challenging students.
This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent, and we are looking for someone who can adapt to the children's individual needs and make a positive impact on the wider school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Maths, Art, Science, and work skills to students with SEMH difficulties
- Develop lessons that cater to individual student needs
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with additional needs/disabilities
- Qualifications in Teaching or a related field
- Full UK driving license
- Team-Teach qualifications desirable
