Job Title:

Schools and education institutions in the UK are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualized support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, term-time only position, working as part of a dedicated team to make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN. The successful candidate will have experience in SEN education, care, or mainstream schools, with strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop personalized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements:
  • Experience in SEN education, care, or mainstream schools
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and interest in supporting children with SEN
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently

Salary and Benefits:
