Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out skilled social work tasks, particularly in complex cases, related to care planning and the development of support packages.
  • Provide supervision-level support to Social Worker colleagues.
  • Work in collaboration with the Child Care Management Team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to child care and social work.

Requirements:

  • Social Care Wales registration is required for this post.
  • Candidates who have started registration and hold a Social Work Education (SWE) will be considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a social work role is required.
  • A Social Work degree or diploma is mandatory.
