Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team at the Huws Gray Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts within our department and building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve our customers with exceptional service, whether in-person or over the phone
  • Provide detailed quotes, follow up on customer inquiries, and develop sales leads to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant paperwork and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our plumbing and heating products to provide expert advice to customers
  • Ensure product displays and shop areas are well-stocked and visually appealing to customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a plumbing and heating merchant or a strong knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
