Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing & Heating Supervisor to join our team at the Huws Gray Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and suppliers, while driving branch sales and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers with a high level of customer service, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Provide quotes, follow up on customer inquiries, and develop sales leads to increase branch sales and profit.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant paperwork and administration, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Maintain and develop your knowledge of plumbing and heating products to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Ensure product displays and shop areas are well-stocked and visually appealing to customers.
  • Support other sales colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a plumbing and heating merchant or a strong knowledge of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to customers.
