We are seeking dynamic and caring individuals to join our team as Clinical Support Workers at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy emergency department setting and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will work closely with registered professionals to provide individualized care to patients and their relatives. Your main responsibilities will include undertaking personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional. You will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of patients for treatment, investigations or procedures as directed by the registered professional. Additionally, you will contribute to the reporting, handover and documentation of patient care under the direct supervision of a registered professional maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, competent IT skills, and the ability to present information in an accurate and clear manner. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team, be compassionate and caring, and have a reliable approach to work. In addition, you will need to pass pre-employment checks and be able to work flexibly over a 24-hour period.

Benefits
