**Our Team**

We are looking for an experienced finance assistant to join our team and contribute to our growth journey. As a finance assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Allocate daily customer payments
  • Bookkeeping and general finance/office administration
  • Requesting financing from vendors and assisting with audit tasks
  • Ad hoc ordering of stationery, office supplies, and packaging
  • Liaise with external IT support for office IT requirements

**Requirements**

  • 2 years' experience working in a finance team
  • Competitive salary plus 13th cheque
  • ~31 days annual leave including public holidays
  • ~Ability to work 1 day per week at home

**Working Hours**

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
