Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary School Support
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at Flourish Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support for SEND pupils across the Nursery, Reception, and EYFS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the National Curriculum in a way that meets the needs of SEND students.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to monitor and adapt learning plans.
- Create a nurturing environment to support the emotional and social needs of pupils.
- Ensure safeguarding practices are followed and maintained.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a TA in a UK Primary School setting, particularly within EYFS.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
