About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our Client Services team as a Head of Client Services. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our relationships with major clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You'll work closely with our sales, delivery, and industries teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

As a Head of Client Services, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing client account strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Leading a team of Client Service Leads to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Building and maintaining senior client relationships, including C-suite level executives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
  • Driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for expansion
  • Reporting to the Senior Leadership Group on account progress and activities
  • Financial forecasting and management of client accounts
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of client accounts and driving growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in a technology environment and comfortable discussing different technology approaches and platforms
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to identify and shape potential opportunities
  • Strong delivery experience and ability to lead complex client engagements
