Clinical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Spire Thames Valley. This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Pre-assessment team in providing exemplary patient care, contributing to the support and monitoring of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient's health and well-being, and assisting with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working as a healthcare professional in a clinical environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in taking ECGs, blood pressures, and vital signs monitoring is essential.
