We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue and services-focused partner ecosystem growth, collaborating with sales teams and partners to identify new sales and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a channel strategy, ensuring mutual growth and customer success with partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable partners to drive new license revenue and service delivery.
  • Help develop and execute a channel sales onboarding program and channel operations.
  • Coordinate and support partner marketing campaigns and lead generation activities with partners and sales and field marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing regional sales and delivery partners, including VARs, Regional SIs, ISVs, and App Dev partners.
  • Relevant, demonstrable experience in building a channel for a SaaS software provider.
  • Proven track record of achieving an annual channel quota of over $1M.
  • Experience supporting a remote, diverse, direct sales organization.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Self-confident, possesses a strong work ethic, and has a growth mindset.
