Job Summary

The ELC Advisor is a key role within the Estee Lauder Companies, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth across a range of luxury beauty brands. This role requires a strong passion for delivering authentic and personalized service, as well as a keen understanding of the beauty industry and its trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class service and experience across brands, utilizing exceptional people and conversational skills to engage customers and meet their needs.
  • Achieve required retail sales targets set by the Company, as communicated by the Sales and Education Executive.
  • Link sell within and between brands to help grow Items Per Transaction and Average Basket Value.
  • Keep up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunities.
  • Utilize the Education Team strategy, cascaded by the Sales and Education Executives, to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and skill sets.
  • Deliver excellence in execution of service by ensuring measures are in place to continually and visibly improve service levels.

Requirements
  • Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable, preferably within beauty or luxury goods.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate excitement for and the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Sales and Goal Oriented, with the ability to maintain level of sales performance as determined by Company goals set.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
