Job Summary

The ELC Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets within Travel Retail locations. This role involves providing personalized service, developing product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of service and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across ELC brands, including brand stories and hero products.
  • Provide best-in-class service and experience, engaging customers and fulfilling their shopping needs.
  • Achieve required retail sales targets, present oneself in line with personal grooming guidelines, and link sell across brands to grow sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities, utilize the Education Team strategy, and deliver excellence in service execution.
  • Report daily and weekly sales to Team Leader/SEE, utilize digital education platforms, and complete cross-branded training.

Teamwork and Communication

  • Develop strong working relationships with the team, colleagues, managers, and retailers.
  • Help colleagues and team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required.
  • Communicate information to the Team Leader/SEE and actively participate in training meetings and online learning modules.

Maintenance and Administration

  • Clean counters, tester stands, and displays regularly to maintain hygiene guidelines.
  • Merchandise back fixtures and display counters as directed.
  • Complete all administration accurately, legibly, and on time.

Requirements

  • Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable, preferably within beauty or luxury goods.
  • All applicants must demonstrate excitement for and the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Sales and goal-oriented, with the ability to maintain level of sales performance as determined by Company goals.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
