Human Resources Coordinator

As a key member of the GXO Logistics, Inc. team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's values and goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes GXO's values and culture.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that all new hires are administered on the system and that personnel files are up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve overall HR operations.
- Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
