About the Role:

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to help them grow and develop in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
