Compensation and Benefits Package:

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Advisor at GXO Logistics, Inc., you will:

  • Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters.
  • Review, streamline, and review HR processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies while ensuring full compliance is maintained.
  • Proactively monitor and provide the HR Manager with management information relating to HR matters, including HR statistics for employee headcount, turnover, and absence.
  • Support and develop your HR Administrator and the wider team.
  • Support the immediate and long-term needs of the site while delivering the HR Strategy and the site's people plan.
Requirements:

To succeed at GXO, you will need:

  • Experience in dealing with trade unions and associated collective agreements.
  • Knowledge of HR policy, practice, employee relations, and change management approaches.
  • A passionate and 'pacey' style and approach – getting things done.
  • Experience in the FMCG/Logistics/Operations sector.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
