Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Administrator at GXO Logistics, Inc., you will play a vital role in shaping the company's culture and values within your area of responsibility. Your primary objective will be to promote the quality and value of the HR function both within and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that all new starters are administered on the system and that P files are created to the best standard.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to control all terms and conditions for recruiters and perform audits as necessary.
- Ensure that all HR processes are aligned with GXO Logistics, Inc.'s values and commitments.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
- Good use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
