Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our International team at QuickSTAT Global Life Science Logistics, a Kuehne+Nagel company.
Key Responsibilities- Consignment Preparation: Assist clients in all phases of consignment preparation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Client Support: Handle and monitor client activities, providing continuous status notifications and performing follow-up actions as needed.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure maximum client satisfaction, tracking and tracing consignments, and providing status updates throughout transit.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as country-specific rules and regulations relating to the importation and exportation of pharmaceutical products.
- Temperature-Controlled Packaging: Calculate and arrange the positioning of suitable temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer service and telephone manner skills.
- Logistics Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of courier/freight operations, including import/export/warehouse and transport.
- Geographic Knowledge: Have a good understanding of world geography.
- Temperature-Controlled Packaging: Have a comprehensive understanding of the various temperature-controlled packaging solutions available on the market.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Have knowledge of country-specific rules and regulations relating to the importation and exportation of pharmaceutical products.
- Time Zone Awareness: Be aware of time zones for different regions and understand transit milestones (COB/POD).
- Pressurized Situations: Be able to operate under sometimes pressurized situations.
