Glasgow, Glasgow City, United Kingdom NHS Fife Full time

NHS Fife is a leading healthcare provider in Scotland, committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

As an adult, learning disabilities or mental health nurse looking to return to practice, we invite you to consider our Return to Practice programme. This fully funded Master's level university theory/practice programme is designed to help you update your knowledge and skills, enabling you to confidently return to the profession.

The programme is a collaboration between NHS Fife and Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU), offering a flexible approach with online classrooms. You'll undertake a theoretical component, followed by a practice placement in an area relevant to your field of nursing practice, on a full-time or part-time basis.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £26,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. The new working week will consist of 37 hours per week, with no change in pay. However, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period until service areas adapt to the new roster.

A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment. We're also legally obliged to ensure all employees are entitled to work in the United Kingdom, so please confirm your right to work in your application.

We're committed to promoting equality and diversity within our workforce, eliminating unlawful discrimination, and creating a truly representative team. Our aim is for each employee to feel valued and respected, allowing them to give their best.

This role offers a unique opportunity to reboot your nursing career, refresh your skills, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in NHS Fife. Join us in our mission to make a positive impact on people's lives.
