About the Role:

  • Supervise and motivate the in-house engineering team to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical support and hands-on assistance to the team.
  • Complete thorough engineering appraisals to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Train and supervise the team on diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues with temporary chiller units.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards within the team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Engineering team and upper management.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate extensive understanding and experience in the operation and maintenance of chillers.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the chiller industry, with a strong background in supervising engineering teams.
  • Proven expertise in working with various types of chillers and systems.
  • FGAS qualification is mandatory.
  • A history of successfully supervising engineering teams is essential.

  • A full-time, permanent role with regular working hours and a 1 in 10 on-call arrangement over the phone.
