Job Title: Senior Clinical Lead for Learning Disability Services

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Lead to join our Learning Disability Services team at Thornbury Community Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent care
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care givers to ensure the right restraint techniques are being used
  • Complete daily records and adhere to confidentiality policies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A RNLD or RMN registration, band 6 or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals who present with behaviours that challenge
  • Excellent time management skills to manage your own caseload
