Estimated Salary: £62,500 - £82,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the existing business development team of 3. This includes identifying new business opportunities, creating strategies to successfully reach these opportunities, building relationships with new clients, and developing proposals to address their needs. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage and train the business development team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to sell ideas, products, and services. They should also have a strategic and creative mind, as well as solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other statistical analysis software.
