We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Health and Care Assessor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of individuals, assessing their disabilities and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough functional medical assessments of individuals' disabilities or conditions.
- Work closely with clients, understanding their needs and circumstances.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Full registration with the HCPC/NMC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competitive salary: £39,500 (increasing by £1,000 at 6 months and again at 12 months)
- 10% bonus (performance-based)
- No weekends, Monday-to-Friday working hours
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Covered professional membership costs
