As a Duty Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee the cover of the store in their absence, supervising a team of staff and helping to achieve sales and targets, alongside excellent customer service delivery.

- Demonstrated supervisory skills and/or previous experience managing a small team.

Location: Aldershot
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week with alternating weekend shifts, with either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday off (9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, 7:00pm finish on Thursdays with these later shifts alternating, Saturdays OFF, and 10:00am - 1:00pm on Sundays)
