Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Partners Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key industry players, driving business growth and expansion.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners, including IFA consolidators, national networks, and emerging advisory businesses.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with firms unknown to Aviva Investors.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic partnership plans.

  • Providing commercial and sales-focused support to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners.

  • Strong commercial and sales-focused skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
