**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Producer to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a strong background in client-facing production, responsible for leading the development and execution of creative content projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Pitch Development**

  • Interrogate briefs and develop content-first, insight-based creative routes.
  • Assemble pitch decks and creative treatments.
  • Deliver and help win pitches.

**Creative Development**

  • Edit and develop scripts, and where appropriate, write scripts.
  • Produce mood boards and PowerPoint decks for content assets.

**Account Management**

  • Project manage client accounts across the full creative and production process.
  • Oversee creative ideation, strategy, and development through to pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery of all video assets.

**Production**

  • Plan productions, contact and book crew and suppliers.
  • Manage production budgets and track to ensure efficient and profitable work across all campaigns.
  • Serve as an on-set producer.

**Requirements:**

  • You are a passionately creative person.
  • You are a proficient client handler, producer, and account manager.
  • You work well under pressure, maintaining composure and efficiency in busy agency and production environments.
  • You are solution-focused with excellent organisational skills, capable of juggling your own tasks and assisting your team members.
