About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Producer to join our team at Dreamtek Limited. As a key member of our creative video team, you will be responsible for producing and directing high-quality video content, from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of video projects, from small-scale productions to high-profile projects, including executive team, VIPs, and celebrities.
  • Manage multiple advanced and complex projects end-to-end, ensuring successful completion and delivery.
  • Work with the Senior Creative Producer to evaluate partner needs, assessing project objectives, key messaging, and target audience, adapting video products to fit.
  • Responsible for input on creative consultations and managing client interactions, including approval and sign-off processes.
  • Communicate the status of every project with appropriate stakeholders on a regular basis, with great attention to detail and the highest quality production standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality video content.
  • Passion for global trend awareness and a deep understanding of new media, including Social Media Platforms, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Interactive Advertising (influencer marketing), and Podcasts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and ability to meet tight deadlines on a fast-paced production schedule.
