About the Role:

The role of Director, Koorie Education is responsible for supporting South Eastern Victoria Region and North Eastern Victoria Region.

  • Implementation of educational initiatives to improve learning and wellbeing outcomes for Koorie learners;
  • New investment in Aboriginal community controlled organisations to support improved learning and wellbeing outcomes for Koorie learners;
  • Nomination of priority projects to improve learning and wellbeing outcomes for Koorie learners.

This role has a dual reporting responsibility to both Regional Directors (for daily operations and work allocation) and the Deputy Secretary, First Nations Strategy, Policy and Programs for policy, strategy and outcomes.
