Entrust Social Care Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Social Worker to join our Children In Need Service. As a qualified practitioner with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a UK children's social work environment, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable youth.

Your key duties will include:

  • Managing complex Children In Need cases to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Attending Core Group Meetings to discuss and address client needs
  • Participating in Strategy Meetings to develop effective plans and solutions
  • Preparing comprehensive Court Reports to ensure accurate representation
  • Liaising with other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:

  • Dedicated consultant support with social work knowledge
  • Up to £250 for each referred worker (terms apply)

We require the successful candidate to hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
