Job Title: Reinstatement Coordinator

At Network Plus Services, we're seeking a skilled Reinstatement Coordinator to join our Utilities Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reinstatement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise work schedules for the teams and ensure works are completed within time and KPI measures met
  • Effectively plan the reinstatement of excavations that have been dug in accordance with the current notice duration and other activities serviced by the operational teams
  • Plan resources using relevant systems
  • Manage reactive planning of emergency work
  • Liaise with contract management team and operatives to ensure we meet our client SLA's
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate and verbalise complex information effectively
  • Excellent computer skills with a specific in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in a similar role, working within the utilities industry
