Reinstatement Coordinator Role

As a Reinstatement Coordinator at Network Plus Services, you will be working within the Utilities Team to provide administration support on our reinstatement operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our reinstatement operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Maximise work schedules for the teams and ensure works are completed within time and KPI measures met.

Effectively plan the reinstatement of excavations that have been dug in accordance with the current notice duration, as well as other activities serviced by the operational teams.

Plan resources using relevant systems and manage reactive planning of emergency work.

Liaise with the contract management team and operatives to ensure we meet our client SLA's.

Requirements and Qualifications

Ability to communicate and verbalise complex information effectively.

Excellent computer skills with a specific focus on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

Experience in a similar role, working within the utilities industry.
