About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reinstatement Coordinator to join our Utilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reinstatement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure timely completion of reinstatement operations and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Reinstatement Planning: Effectively plan the reinstatement of excavations and other activities in accordance with current notice durations and operational team requirements.
  • Resource Planning: Utilize relevant systems to plan and manage resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Reactive Planning: Manage emergency work planning and coordination to ensure prompt response to unexpected situations.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with contract management teams and operatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex information and verbalize ideas.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a similar role within the utilities industry.
