Job Opportunity: Team Leader - Supported Living Service

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our Supported Living Service in Conwy. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the delivery of support and care to individuals living in our service.

The Role:

As a Team Leader, you will have a key role in leading a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. You will be responsible for ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support, and that our team is equipped to provide this.

The Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £23,660 (£13 per hour, 35 hours per week)
  • Circa £3000 - £4500 paid on-top, including sleep-in's and on-call payments
  • 25 days leave plus bank holidays, with an increase of 3 days after 5 years
