Selecta is the leading provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, offering vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are seeking a skilled Joy Ambassador to ensure a high level of customer service and maintain our machines in optimal condition.

About Selecta

Selecta operates across 16 countries in Europe, serving 12 million people daily. In the UK, we deliver a national service, trusted by over 3,500 businesses to provide tasty beverages and snacks at various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure vending machines are filled and cleaned to required levels according to Company guidelines.
  • Complete stock and cash controls across the machine base and company vans.
  • Fix occasional machine faults and report issues to the Service Desk.
  • Report accidents, unfit food, and customer complaints to the Area Manager or Service Desk.
  • Provide training to new starters and team members to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain a high level of customer care and conduct interactions in a courteous manner.
  • Complete regular audits and quality checks on Retail Merchandisers' machines as instructed by the Area Retail Manager.
  • Report machines below Automatic Vending Association hygiene standards to the Area Manager.

Requirements

We are looking for a Joy Ambassador who can:

  • Provide training to new starters.
  • Complete audits and quality checks.
  • Always follow Health & Safety regulations.
  • Be flexible and responsive to changes.
  • Provide high-level customer care and maintain a presentable appearance.
