About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and storing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
