Job Title: Store Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and oversee shop operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability in daily store operations.
  • Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and firing responsibilities.
  • Motivate and lead the team to work together effectively.
  • Undertake store administration duties, set sales quotas, and manage sales and financial reports.
  • Liaise with various departments, including HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing.
  • Ensure regulatory policies and daily guidelines are followed, maintaining a clean and presentable store.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
  • Schedule and manage the rota, ensuring adequate manpower.
  • Maintain quality standards in customer service and health and safety.
  • Develop a passionate working environment and help team members grow and improve.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Train and educate team members on drink processes and policies.
  • Manage and create content for TikTok in the branch.
  • Complete assigned tasks by the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced food or beverage industry.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • An energetic person with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' mindset.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers and the team.
